Called in an order from out of town, and they were very helpful and efficient. The arrangement turned out beautifully, and had all the elements I asked for. It was delivered in perfect condition. My only suggestion is the option for an email confirmation and receipt (even for phone orders). I would use them again.

Just a note to say how amazed I am by Debbie's courageous move. I know you said it was God working through you and I have no doubt of that. However, lots of folks would have not listened to that little voice that told you to do the right thing. I wish I lived in North Carolina as you would be my new florist for life. Way to Go!

Flowers by the Falls is the best florist I have ever done business with! I have been in the shop several times, both at their old location on S. Battleground Rd. and their new location on E. King St., and they are the best group of people to deal with. The owner Judy truly loves what she does and you can tell from the quality of their work. Tim and Julie are great too. Just a great group of people who do make beautiful flowers and provide top notch service. Thank you Flowers by the Falls!

I ordered online from my home in KS one night, and the next morning before noon the most gorgeous arrangement arrived on my mom's door step on her birthday. Ain't nothing cheap, so you know check the prices for your comfort levels. But for a last min surprise to my mom it worked out really well and the "designers choice" was stunning in the picture my mom sent. Other than my wallet crying a little bit (but I chose to do it anyway so that's on me), it was smooth and perfect thing.

What can I say about how wonderful this company . After using an online florist who pretends to be a florist and missing mothers day then the next 2 days after I called a local florist and WOW what a difference! Not only did they exceed my expectations. They designed the most beautiful arrangement along with calling me prior to the delivery to go over the details on the card that I forgot to put down.
